What does the assessment measure?
Five areas: tools (are people using AI, and on what accounts), safety (are there rules for company data), workload (how much repetitive work exists), skills (has anyone been trained) and ownership (is anyone responsible for AI).
What do the scores mean?
0 to 10: Stuck in the noise
You're not alone, and you're not too late. There are plenty of easy wins available.
11 to 20: Dabbling, not yet gaining
Your team is trying AI, but it's scattered. The hours aren't adding up yet because there's no plan behind it.
21 to 27: Ahead, with room to grow
You're ahead of many businesses your size. The next gains come from connecting what you have and keeping it maintained.
28 to 30: Leading the way
You're in great shape. Focus on keeping it safe, maintained and improving as the tools change.
Why take an AI readiness assessment?
Because "everyone's using AI" isn't a plan. The assessment shows where your business actually stands, without the noise, and what a sensible next step looks like for a team of 10 to 100. When you're ready for a full plan, the AI Game Plan goes deeper.
