This policy explains what information Spheric (“we”) collects through spheric.agency, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Applications: the details you enter on the application form: name, work email, company, website, role, team size, what you’d like help with, timeline, budget range and how you heard about us.
- AI readiness assessment: your answers are scored in your browser. We only receive them if you choose to enter your email to get your full results, in which case we receive your email, score and answers.
- Email: anything you send to hello@spheric.agency.
- Basic analytics: anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location by country or region).
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To send the results or resources you asked for.
- To prepare for and run calls and projects you’ve agreed to.
- To improve the site.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run Spheric (for example our CRM and email platform, and our website host), who may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Application and assessment details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us at any time to delete your information.

- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
- Email hello@spheric.agency to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
